RETURN POLICY FOR A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
Universal Promotions guarantees all its products for 30 days after the purchase if the defect is caused by production or manufacturing. Under any of these conditions, if you wish to return or exchange this item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. You can get a) a replacement of the item, b) a different product at the same price, or c) a full refund issued to the original method of payment.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
It is not possible to exchange items purchased on Myunionstore.com. If you wish to exchange, you need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that all returns are processed within 15 days following their arrival at our warehouse.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR A REFUND
1. Contact Universal Promotions at 1-855-257-3335 or by email at email@example.com. Detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to you.
2. Print the order confirmation you received by email and write down the reason for the return. Include this document in the shipment.
3. Ship your item(s) by using the label emailed to you to identify your package.
Without a RMA number, your return will not be processed.
